The Story
Not a gap. A period of
extraordinary output.
Since leaving JPMorgan Chase in October 2025, I have been continuously active across multiple operational fronts. My role as Regional Operations Director never paused — I manage a 6-state program with promotion and demotion authority over a multi-tier volunteer structure, third-level conflict resolution jurisdiction, and direct reporting accountability to both the Organized Play Foundation and Paizo Organized Play.
Concurrently, I directed the design and deployment of a custom regional operational intelligence dashboard on production infrastructure, launched regional web and social media communications architecture, built automated content distribution serving multiple platforms simultaneously, and provided independent operations consulting for a media company. I also continue to chair a global onboarding committee producing governance documentation for an international organized play community.
In May 2026 I addressed a medical issue which has since been resolved. I am fully cleared to return to work and actively pursuing remote roles, with hybrid arrangements available mid-to-late June.

Appalachian Regional Health Dashboard
Production operational intelligence platform aggregating multi-venue data across a 6-state region into a single health view. Role-based access, NDA-compliant public/private outputs, multi-source data ingestion. Architected for replication by other regional coordinators.

Paizo Organized Play Onboarding Committee
Global committee serving players, GMs, Venture-Officers, and lodges across 18 international regions. Co-authored the VO Handbook. Successfully consolidated the VO Handbook Task Force into the committee, eliminating organizational redundancy.
